What Makes Us Different
1-1 Support
You will have your own Supervising Social Worker who will visit you at least once a month, and more if required with telephone contact in between. You will also have their direct contact details so you can call them when you need to.
Out Of Hours
Out of Hours covers every single hour of the night, weekends and holiday periods, so you are never on your own. There will always be a friendly voice on the other end of the phone to support you however you need.
Wider Team Support
Unlike at larger companies, our small team means you have a direct line to leadership. Our Administrator, Registered Manager, and Finance Director are also available whenever you need extra support.
Lived Experience
We don’t just understand fostering from a textbook or a training manual—we know it because we’ve lived it. A few of our staff members have walked in your shoes as foster parents. They know the everyday joys, the sudden challenges, and the quiet victories that come with opening your home to a child.
